The Nebrig Team

Founded in 1991, Nebrig & Associates is a premier Aircraft Sales Corporation receiving numerous accolades from customers throughout the world for its outstanding customer service. Seeing a need for honest, knowledgeable representation of aircraft, Mike Nebrig founded his company with a revolutionary philosophy: a focus on the client’s interest above all else. Nebrig forged a tradition of integrity, exceptional service and client satisfaction that has become Nebrig & Associates’ trademark and the core of each sales associate’s business philosophy.

Meet the Nebrig Team:
The Sales Team


Mike Nebrig – the company’s founder and president, graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He completed a Masters of Business Administration in 1982 from University of Dallas. After a brief time as a systems engineer for Braniff Airlines, Mike headed the GE engine program at Aviall. He has been in the corporate aircraft sales industry for 23 years. Mike & his wife, Barb, reside in Flower Mound, Texas with their 2 daughters who attend Texas A&M University and Penn State University.


Barry Smith – a 1969 graduate of the University of North Texas, Barry joined the sales team at Nebrig in 1991. Barry is an ATP rated pilot with over 8,000 flying hours. As a corporate pilot, he flew Citations, Sabreliners and King Airs for H-E-B Grocery Company, Tom O’Connor Jr., and Lennox International. He flew KC-135A tankers (including over 100 combat missions during the Viet Nam conflict) and FB-111A bombers in the US Air Force. Barry & his wife, Susan, reside in Flower Mound, Texas. He has 2 children also residing in Flower Mound.


Mark Nebrig – came to work as a sales associate in 1997. Mark received a degree in Business and Marketing from Texas A&M University in 1980. He was employed by NASA, at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas working on the space shuttle program before joining the Nebrig Team. Mark currently holds a private pilot certificate.  He and his wife, Cindy, reside in Flower Mound, Texas and have 2 sons who attend Flower Mound High School and Texas A&M University.

The Office Team


Barb Nebrig – Vice President of Nebrig & Associates, Barb graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. After several years as a director in the Dallas YMCA, Barb joined Mike in the founding of Nebrig & Associates. She continues to work in the financial management of the company. 


Joan Davis – joined Nebrig in February 2002. She attended University of Texas in Austin and has worked various office management positions. She was employed by Boeing for 13 years before joining the team. She currently manages the Nebrig offices, hangar facilities and marketing of aircraft. Joan resides in Denton, Texas with her daughter.

The Maintenance Team


Michael Hornstrom – received a Bachelor’s degree from Beskowska Skolan in Stockholm, Sweden where he served one year in the Swedish Air Force. He is Nebrig’s Director of Maintenance and holds a commercial, multi-engine and instrument pilot rating. He is a CFI, CFII and FAA Certified A&P and IA Mechanic. Michael resides in Farmers Branch, Texas with his wife, Theresa and their daughter who attends Turner High School.
